Is there an additional travel fee for the session?
The fee for the session includes traveling within Morgan Hill. Traveling further can be arranged upon request and extra costs may be incurred.

Will I be able to order prints?
Absolutely. We process all of our prints in our professional photo laboratory to ensure the quality and better preserve them for decades to come.

What is the expected turnaround time for collections?
Within a few days after our session, I will post a few sneak peek photos on social media and tag you. For your full gallery, we allow a 2-3 week window for processing your photos.

Can you help us with our wardrobe for the shoot?
Starting with the right wardrobe can be a crucial part of your session and it is important to work together to find the best outfits to bring the photos alive as much as possible. We can definitely help that process and when your session is booked and it is time to get creative, you will get a private access to my styling app, we will communicate directly and make sure we have great wardrobe choices for the shoot.

Who can be included as part of the shoot?
We are more than happy to welcome extended family as an Add-on, such as grandparents, aunties, cousins, to the shoot. When discussing your requirements, we’ll ask who you would like to be there and what the best approach is for that.

Generally, how long is a session likely to last?
Family and Maternity sessions are usually 1 hour long. For Newborn sessions, I factor in feeding, changing, soothing time, they are typically 2-3 hours long.

What should we bring to the session?
I will send you a reminder a few days in advance, detailing any items you need to bring with you. Most items will be provided for you on the day, but you may want to bring some of your child’s favourite toys - and possibly a few snacks too!

What happens if my child is ill?
If this happens, we will try to reschedule. Just give me as much notice as you can. If we need to reschedule a second time, there will be a re-booking fee.

What sort of service can I expect?
We aim to deliver a premium, bespoke service from the moment you make contact. A client telling us they were ‘pleased’ with the experience is not enough. We want to hear words such as ‘thrilled’ ‘ecstatic’, and ‘delighted’. Read some of the kind words clients have said about their experience.

I’m worried about how I’ll look in the photos.
